Each item is made to order. Returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference are not accepted.We replace or refund any item that arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Claim window: 14 days from delivery.

Submit a photo of the issue and the packing slip to orders@forgekingdom.com. After 14 days, replacements or refunds may not be processed. Verified refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

For international orders, replacements only; duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required.
